Terrier Technologies' Technical Support Policy

Terrier Technologies is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with CLERK, and providing you with excellent technical support plays an important role in achieving this objective.

Purchasing a CLERK license entitles you to free technical support, including 12 months toll-free technical support.

Staffing: Our office hours are 9 am - 9 pm CST Monday through Friday. Support email is viewed by all support staff. This is the best means of contacting a representative outside our office hours. We have plans to offer 24-hour technical support but have not set a start date for this extra service.

Response: On occasions, all our representatives may be assisting other customers. If you do not reach a "live" member of our support staff, we aim to return all tech support calls within 6 business hours, and all support email within 4 business hours. We currently process 95% of all support calls within 30 minutes.
