Staffing: Our office hours are 9 am - 9 pm CST Monday through Friday.
Support email is viewed by all support staff. This is the best means of contacting a representative outside our office hours. We have plans to offer 24-hour technical support but have not set a start date for this extra service.
Response: On occasions, all our representatives may be assisting other customers. If you do not reach a "live" member of our support staff, we aim to
return all tech support calls within 6 business hours, and all support email
within 4 business hours. We currently process 95% of all support calls within 30 minutes.
