- CLERK media (CD-ROM).
- CLERK documentation.
- Technical support, including 12 months of toll-free technical support.
- Free upgrades to any new version of CLERK released within 12 months of
your purchase date.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund up until the earlier of the time your order ships, or the time we provide a license key to you. No refunds are available thereafter.
