On-site installation is the easiest path to getting CLERK up-and-running in your department. Terrier Technologies consultants will visit your department, install CLERK on your server and clients, assist you in configuring your server, and conduct training.

If on-site installation is out of your budget, you may wish to consider regional training.

Included services

Our consultants will perform the following services, as required:

• Install CLERK server and client software.
• In conjunction with departmental staff, configure server according to your needs.
• Conduct training of administrators and users.

Although we aim to spend six hours at each department, airline schedules may allow us to spend more, or restrict us to spending less time with you. We are essentially at your disposal during that time! But, because time is limited, Terrier Technologies encourages departments to prepare for our visit in advance. We distribute a worksheet to assist you in this regard.

Excluded services

Terrier Technologies' consultants are not equipped to assist with certain tasks, including hardware modifications and network wiring/configuration, unless prior arrangements have been made.
