Equipment module

Equipment in CLERK is classified as either "short term" or "long term". Short-term equipment may be signed in or out by dispatchers. Long-term equipment (vests, weapons, etc.) can only be signed in or out by authorized persons.

CLERK can show the current "state of play" (who has which item right now), or it can display equipment logs either by officer or by item.
